Well, we are here. Finally here!!! It has been an amazing 3 weeks. There is so much to tell, I hardly know where to begin.
We left Atlanta on October 11th, arrived in Bangkok on the 13th and went directly to the apartment our team had secured for us. It is in a building connected to a hospital (which turned out to be a good thing a few days later). There are mainly businesses n the building, but a few floors are apartments. We are n the 23rd floor. The view is amazing.

OH…you can now see ALL OF OUR PICTURES on Flickr, go to Wills Family Photos
we also have lots of videos here at the blog, just go to the page that says VIDEOS. You can find it at the top of the page, its a tab titled VIDEOS.
Anyway, we were here only two days when Bobby got very sick. Either food poisoning or some new bacteria. He was in bed for two days and we thought he might need the hospital our building is connected to, but thankfully he got better within only two days.
On the 18th we left for Hua Hin and Cha Am for a retreat with our team. It was great to go to a hotel and see the ocean. We were missing hot water showers! Again, lots of picture at Wills Family Photos
After a few days there, we (are you ready for this?)…came home to Bangkok. HA! How cool is that to say we came home to Bangkok! So here we are now, looking for a house to live in and learning to live in this wonderful new place. It is overwhelming at times, a mixture of extreme emotions – both elation and sometimes helplessness. All in all though, is the grand peace that we are in the hands of God and He is trustworthy. We praise Him that we are here and finally in the presence of the people He has called us to reach. Opportunities abound.
Right now, Bobby is in language school full time. The kids and I start next month. We needed a month to refine our homeschooling schedule. We begin in December doing both, so we have to finish school by noon in order to get to language school from 1-4PM daily. Please pray for us four to learn the Thai language quickly.
We love you all and thank you for your prayers and support. Please pray for the Thai people. The darkness here is evident everywhere. Spirit houses are everywhere, literally. That is another blog soon, we have already come against the enemy and the hold he has on these people.
Please pray for their freedom to be reality in Christ. Christ alone saves.
love, paula
We are so glad that you are all well! May the peace and strength of our Lord Jesus be with you as you settle in to your HOME! We are fervently praying for you and your mission field. Are you able to provide an address to receive snail mail?
My family met you at Coal Mountain Baptist Church. Mary Blakely and Emily would love to send Grace a letter.
We are amazed and so excited. Praying for you over and over. So many of us are. Remember that when you feel helpless. Many will be praying quiet prayers as you enter language school and pour over studies…how wonderful that even the Spirit is praying for you in ways we have not the wisdom to do. We love you.

Bobby, Paula and kids,
I’ll handle all the missionary newsletters, blogs, etc and keep the GO team in the loop. We are praying for you!!!! Please let us know any specific things that we can pray for. We meet as a team 3 times a week for prayer, I can put your requests on the intranet for all staff and the prayer team to see, and of course the staff meets on Tuesdays for prayer so you will be well covered! May the Lord bless your new home! Glad Bobby is feeling better, praying that language school goes well for him and that home school and language school move ahead smoothly for Paula, Hank and Grace.
It was so great to get to meet you last month when you were at Perimeter. Sounds like you have had a couple of great adventures between here and “arriving home in Bangkok”! I’ve share the email you sent us with the rest of the group in Global Outreach (GO) and will continue to do so. Please email your updates directly to me rather than Allison Wiggins. She will only be with a few more weeks.
We love you!
Lori
Bobby, Paula and Kids,
Thank you so much for the update. I am very proud of what you are doing. It’s special people like you that make this world so much better. Please let me know how I can be in contact with you. I want to be in touch often. If the blog is the best way fine. But I would like to talk to you also.
